•Treasurer’s Report: SMUG has a balance of $4876.75 Approved
•Membership Report: Not present. Chair will e-mail
•Newsletter/Publicity Report: Nothing new to report
•Webmaster Report: Not Present. Nothing new to report.
•SIG’s (Special Interest Groups): Video SIG is still active and well attended. No attendance at FileMaker SIG. Graphics SIG is doing well with average attendance of 2. We discussed the need to do more promotion of SIGs at the general meeting.

Old Business
The January meeting went well but perhaps a little long. The club PowerBook has a new screen at a cost of $100. John will work on a php for book reviews and editable membership applications.
Motion-To accept by-laws as edited-Carried
By-laws will be posted at smugweb. Jim Dimitrious has acquired numerous items for the group at MacWorld. Janie signed us up for a free MacWorld kit. Janus is still working on the Apple User Group Ambassadorship and .Mac group account.

New Business
Looking ahead to May, we need to start planning for the anniversary date change meeting.
