•Treasurer’s Report: Not present. Nothing to report.
•Membership Report: 88 current members. 1 new member. We had 38 people at the May meeting. Approved.
•Newsletter/Publicity Report: Nothing new to report.
•Webmaster Report: Not Present. Nothing to report. Janus will send the Bylaws to Ken for posting on smugweb. John is still working out the bugs on the on-line form for Ken.
•SIG’s (Special Interest Groups): Video SIG is on vacation. Graphics SIG will meet 6/6/6 (buwhahaha) 7:00 at Janus Rose's house. FileMaker SIG is in limbo

Old Business
The May meeting went exceptionally well considering the venue. The membership renewal went smoothly. Janus will have time now to tackle the ambassadorship and a thank you to Marware. The SMUG database is looking mahvelous dahling.
