Meeting was called to order at 7:01 by President Janus Rose.

Reports
•Minutes: Accepted.
•Treasurer’s Report: Present via phone. SMUG balance approximately $4600. Randy will not be present at the July meeting. He will take care of signer cards and leave the checkbook with Janus. Al will take care of book sales.
•Membership Report: 90 current members. 1 new member. We had 40 people at the June meeting. Approved.
•Newsletter/Publicity Report: Nothing to report.
•Webmaster Report: Not Present. Janus sent the Bylaws to Ken for posting on smugweb. Note from webmaster, they are posted.
•SIG’s (Special Interest Groups): Video SIG is on vacation. Graphics SIG will meet July 11 7:00 at Janus Rose's house. FileMaker SIG is in limbo.

Old Business
The June meeting went quite well considering we had no internet, no cdom, and no Bryce demo. Janus has written a thank you to Marware and is working on the Ambassadorship. Randy will check to see if Janie is taking care of the slate for elections. The SMUG database is in good shape.

New Business
John Wood would consider position of President. Janus would consider VP. Phil would consider Sec.
