Meeting was called to order at 7:05 by President Janus Rose.

Reports
•Minutes: Accepted as amended.
•Treasurer’s Report: SMUG has a balance of $3858.50. Our PO Box needed to be paid. Taxes for 2002 and 2003 were not paid. Randy paid the taxes and penalties in the amounts $250 and $280. Approved.
•Membership Report: 73 current members. 1 new member. 14 overdue.
•Newsletter/Publicity Report: Nothing to report.
•Webmaster Report: Not Present. Janus will send the Bylaws to Ken for posting on smugweb.
•SIG’s (Special Interest Groups): Video SIG was cancelled last month and this month is TBA. Graphics SIG will meet 4/11 7:30 at Janus Rose's house. Janie attended the FileMaker user group meeting in Chicago.

Old Business
The March meeting went well with Dave and John pushing the envelope on presentations. The whole ambassadorship thing is in limbo until Janus' schedule lightens up.The May renewal drive is on track. We need to check with John on the database revamp.

New Business
Janie reports the book sales are going well. We will ask John if he can keep track of all giveaway winners so that we can track those who are required to demo.
